1. About Merlion Wealth
Merlion Wealth is a financial education provider registered and operating in Singapore. We offer structured group courses for adults aged 40 and above on topics including household finances, investment literacy, and retirement planning under the Singapore framework.
Our services are educational in nature. Merlion Wealth is not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager, or investment firm. Nothing in our courses, website, or course materials constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to purchase or sell any financial product.
2. Course Enrolment
Enrolment in a Merlion Wealth course is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Merlion Wealth. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute enrolment.
We reserve the right to decline an enrolment at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Course places are limited. Confirmation of your place is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Fees and Payment
Course fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all course materials, workbooks, and the personal summary document produced during the course.

Where a participant is unable to attend due to a medical emergency, we will consider requests for credit toward a future course on a case-by-case basis.
5. Course Modifications and Cancellations by Merlion Wealth
We make every effort to deliver courses as scheduled. In circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including venue unavailability, instructor illness, or insufficient enrolments — we reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a course.
In the event of cancellation by Merlion Wealth, all participants will receive a full refund of fees paid, or the option to transfer their enrolment to the next available course intake at no additional charge.
We will notify participants as early as practicable in the event of any significant change to course scheduling.
6. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage with the course materials and group discussions in a respectful and considered manner. Our courses involve moderated group discussions; participants are asked to support a collegial environment that allows all learners to participate comfortably.
Merlion Wealth reserves the right to remove a participant from a course if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining sessions.
7. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials, workbooks, slide presentations, and written resources provided by Merlion Wealth are the intellectual property of Merlion Wealth unless otherwise stated. Participants may use these materials for personal reference and study.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Merlion Wealth.
The personal summary document and retirement plan document completed by each participant using course workbook frameworks belong to the participant.
8. Limitation of Liability
Merlion Wealth's courses are educational in nature and are not a substitute for personalised financial advice. Any decisions you make regarding your finances, investments, or retirement planning are your own responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, Merlion Wealth shall not be liable for any financial loss, investment loss, or other consequential loss arising from your use of course materials or your reliance on information presented during a course.
Our total liability to any participant for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the course fee paid by that participant.
9. Privacy
